ITIL 4 Foundation overview provides a high level look at what is new in ITIL 4. For those with an ITIL v3 Foundation experience it is quick look at the changes from ITIL v3 to ITIL 4, and for those with no experience it gives a first look at some of the founding principles of the ITIL framework.
